Friendly workers (to people and pets!) Carefully follow directions for boarded pets, including medications. Maybe have more water bowls around to encourage dogs to drink? Our dog has bladder stone problems...

You guys take great care of our fur baby. We love bringing her back again and again and we can see how much she loves Dogtopia and the people there every time we pull up in the parking lot. The facility is beautiful. We love the webcams (and the iPhone app so we can watch our baby play). We love the interaction she gets and that there is somewhere safe that we trust where we can bring her instead of kennelling her during the day.

My little guy looked and smelled clean with nails clipped when I picked him up after his weekend stay. I like the grooming service offered.

I think it was a wonderful environment for Kaya. After the first of the year, I think we will bring her to Dogtopia once a week for daycare to burn off some of her puppy energy.

I love the fact that my dogs are not in crates all day but get to run and play and wear themselves out. Hopefully they miss us less, since they have so many new "friends" to play with while they're at Dogtopia! :)

I absolutely LOVE the live web cams! They allow us to check up on our "babies," even when we are away.

All of the employees at Dogtopia are always so pleasent, my dog loves going there.

I really liked the use of the Web Cams. My animals have never boarded away from home. It was reassuring to see them via the web cams. Also, they both came home happy! There was no revenge antics and only those of you who have had animals that do that, know what I mean! They were well adjusted and happy to see their humans again.

The staff is usually very friendly and show a love for dogs. Also, my dog Emma always enjoys being there, spending time and playing with the other dogs that are there for daycare and/or boarding. If Emma's happy, that is what matters.

I like the quick response/customer service when calling to book a reservation for my dog.

I love the fact that the dogs are not kept in a cage all day long. In fact it's the exact opposite they get lost of exercise. Libby always comes home when tired. When I go on vacation, I have peace of mind knowing my dog is well cared for. She gets love from the staff an exercise. If a medical situation arises there is no hesitation. Nichole gets the dogs to a vet. It's a clean facility and the staff all loves dogs.

I like everything about Dogtopia. My dogs are well cared for, happy when I pick them up and tired. That's exactly why I feel great about taking them there. But the thing I like most is they know my dogs names.

The staff are friendly and really care about my dog. She is always happy and excited when she arrives at Dogtopia . She has a wonderful time playing with her "friends" and comes home happy and tired. I always recommend Dogtopia to my friends when they are looking for a good place to board their dogs.

I like how friendly the employees are and the fact there are webcams. When I left my dogs recently to board at dogtopia I was a little dissapointed. When I went to view the webcams one night at 8:00 my dogs were in there kennels. I continued to watch and they were locked in till 9:00 when it went to a screen saver and I could no longer see. Since there is a schedule posted I depend on the fact that this schedule is followed at least some what. I understand being a few minutes behind. Since I brought all 3 of my dogs I pay a lot of money and was dissapointed. This experience will not keep me from taking my dogs back. That is just one negative experience and I have had plenty good ones.

I know that when I leave Dizzy with you, she is safe, fed, and loved. You folks ROCK!!!

I love that Stella doesn't smell bad when I pick her up at the end of a long day of playing.

We were so impressed with the attitude of the girls working there the day our dogs "interviewed". They were pretty busy, yet everyone got taken care of and our little guys passed with flying colors! They had run out of the folders they send home, so we are still waiting for that in the mail. I hoped it would be here by now. Thanks, Name removed

The employees are excellent, they treat Tito just like we do at home! He gets so excited to go play with all his doggy & people friends at Dogtopia! I love that they know who we are when we walk in the door & the little doggy report cards are so cute too!
