Your staff is very tuned in to our dog's personality and needs. They know him by name when we drop him off and are enthusiastic about him staying there when we bring him in. They can tell us who he plays with and who his favorite friends are when we pick him up. We feel he is treated as if he was a personal pet of the staff instead of just another dog being boarded there. We especially like being able to watch the dogs online any time we wants. The rooms are very clean and the staff is on top of cleaning up accidents as soon as they happen. Being able to drop him off for a Saturday "play date" is great for him and a real bargain dollar-wise for us. Boarding him at Dogtopia is so much better than having him locked up in a cage the enire time we're out of town.

I love how the staff seems genuinely happy to see Lucy, every single time! And, I love how Lucy sits in the backseat and smiles, all the way home. :)

My dogs seem to be happy and well taken care of when I pick them up. They are always clean and smell good, too! It is also quick and easy to drop them off and pick them up.

We were only in town for a week to house hunt and Dogtopia was the PERFECT place for us to drop off our 4 month puppy, Percy, during the day. Percy was loved and well cared for by the employees and he spent hours upon hours playing with other dogs. As a bonus, he was a CALM, tired puppy when we picked him up and kept him in a hotel room through the nights. He was extremely excited when we arrived each morning, which attested to the fact that he loved it there - none of the unease that a vet appointment brings. I highly recommend Dogtopia to those who need care for their dogs as well as those who just have high energy pups and need a safe, fun outlet!

I like that all of the dogs are evaluated prior to receiving any services, that makes me feel secure about taking Dudley to play there instead of just going to the dog park, or even to my vet's office play group. I also appreciate being able to view my dog on the webcam. I will like being able to incorporate grooming into our visits, when you get the groomer's schedule up and running again.

I have real peace of mind knowing my dogs get excellent care from the entire Dogtopia staff. One of my dogs takes a lot of meds and requires a bit of extra care. I know he gets the special attention he needs. The best testimony is my dogs' reaction when we pull up in front of the building. They cannot wait to get out of the car to come in and greet their staff and furry friends. So glad I found Dogtopia!

Very personable, warm staff. They seemed genuinely invested in my dogs and their adjustment to being there. When they noticed she wasn't adjusting well to the big dog room, they put in her in the little dog room (she is mid sized) which was a better fit for her. I also loved being able to watch via webcam.

My dog loves to come to Dogtopia. We have used another "doggy daycare" in the past and after a period of time our outgoing dog appeared terrified to go there. I know that he is well cared for at Dogtopia! Thanks Dogtopia! It is a great feeling to not have to worry about your pet when you leave him for the day or for an extended stay.

It's a friendly and clean environment , also the webcam made us feel more secure about our puppy. All the requirements that are expected gave us the peace of mind that he was gonna be around dogs just like him. It was really nice that at the end of his day we got a report about what he did around other dogs

They are a bit pricey, but they don't charge extra for meds and things like that. The dogs came home happy and healthy and didn't smell bad either!

I like the dog day care and webcam. When away from the dogs, I feel better when I can take a peek at them once in awhile. I like the open play concept so that they are able to be out and exercise or just hang out with other dogs. The interaction is great socialization and having the staff right there to give them human affection and attention is wonderful.

They take their business very serious and I appreciate that. The facility is fun, modern and very clean!

Everything: Hours of operation, friendly staff, ease of dropping off and picking up, webcams, temperament of other dogs, high supervision by staff. Our dog gets so excited to go play with his friends at "school". We love that he has so much fun and that he is pooped when he gets home!
