The staff (including the groomer) is so caring and friendly and they always recognize my dog whenever we come in. I am really impressed with how closely they monitor him throughout the day and provide details of anything unusual they observe during his visit.

I love the social aspect of it. My dog comes home relaxed and without a bunch of pent up energy.

Bubba loves coming. Everyone seems to enjoy interacting with him and us which makes us happy to bring him.

You treat my dog "Boo" exactly like he's treated at home. He can use his bed, his own food, and we can see him on web cams (although I'd be willing to contribute for higher quality web cams).

He was groomed yesterday and he looks great! Clearly the groomer pays attention to details.
