I have a dog boarding business I run from my home (in the Meadows). I only take adult, calm dogs due to the ages of my dogs; therefore, if anyone calls with an active dog/puppy, I refer them to you. Everyone I have referred has been very happy.
Everything! The people are so warm and inviting as soon as you arrive. I LOVE that I can watch my dog on the app and the best part is watching the people in the gym with the dogs pet them and give them attention. I feel so much better about leaving my dog when I know he is getting some love, attention from people and interaction with other dogs.

Outstanding service. Elsie enjoys her day care days - she is excited to go see her "friends" at Dogtopia (both dogs and staff). Your facility is the next best place after her home when we are out of town. The staff know her by name and it brings along with it a personalized care that is greatly appreciated.

All the employees are amazing! They remember Tito & he runs to them because they are his family too & he is so excited to go play! I like the way they tell me what happened at daycare and the friends he played with that day! I know he is having a great time & will be worn out when he gets home!
I love the personalized service my dog receives when he is at Dogtopia. Everyone that works there makes me feel like my dog is as special to them as he is to me. He's always happy and tired when I pick him up from a stay at Dogtopia.
Dogtopia has been a fabulous place for us to bring Snowflake. She went from refusing to go into a crate at night and having to sleep elsewhere to going into a crate on her own and allowing them to close the door! She loves to play with her 4-legged friends and even more so her 2-legged friends at Dogtopia. Many thanks!

I used to work at Dogtopia so I know that the facilities are clean and the staff truly care for the dogs. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.
They mirror the current environment that my pups are use to.
What impressed me the most is not what the staff said or did but how the animals responded to the facility when the entered. I have visited the facility 3 times and all pups that came into the facility knew exactly where the FUN was. All of them were eager to go through the door. Being the first time for my pups for the evaluation, they even knew where the FUN was. This is the best sign.

The owner and employees clearly love dogs. I feel very safe leaving my pet with them.
We like everything about your service. The one thing I would suggest is that you have more water bowls out for the dogs to drink from and that the water is changed out once or more per hour.
We have been happy with the care of Mr. Bear.
The staff is friendly and I feel comfortable my dog is well cared for. We hadn't been in awhile, but it made me feel good when the staff knew exactly who my dog was.
