I love the valet service! I sometimes am feeling sad when I drop Shadow off because he shakes the whole drive there. It makes it easier for me. And I love being able to check in on him with web cam.

Friendliness of staff. They know our dogs well and genuinely care. Our oldest dog passed away in December and every person on staff that I interacted with told me they were sorry for our loss and we were very touched to receive a card that a tree had been planted for our dog due to a donation from Dogtopia. Our dogs love going there and the friends they have met have helped them learn to be friendly in ither environments like the dog park and farmers market. We live Dogtopia.

The staff was amazing and genuinely cared about Winston! I loved being able to check up on him via webcam and watch him with the other pups during the day, we could tell he had a great time playing with his new friends (dog and human)! Another added bonus is that he was out playing all day and had so much fun while we were away, he's a growing pup with lots of energy and really benefited from the socialization and interaction. We were worried that he might have a hard time because he shows signs separation anxiety but because of all of the great people at Dogtopia loving him and making him feel safe I honestly think he was having so much fun he didn't even know we were gone! He will defiantly return for another doggie vacay

All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, and patient. Dogtopia is the only place our furry baby is comfortable taking a bath and getting her nails trimmed. They take fantastic care of all dogs, they are flexible for each pet's needs, and the webcams definitely put your mind at ease (especially if you're traveling). I think I love most when the staff greets her by name and are just as excited to see her as she is to see them!

I love being able to check the webcam to see how the day is going. I trust my dogs are in good care and see having fun.

You are able to watch your dog through the webcam, and your dog gets to hang out with other dogs so they don't get lonely.

My dogs and I love everything about the services at Dogtopia! We love the grooming services after a long boarding stay, and all the extra love and attention to detail of the care of my dogs that the great staff provide! We also love the daycare services for days when it's not possible to get home for potty breaks, get out on walks, or super cold days when the dogs have extra energy and need some good quality play time!

My dog, Lilly, absolutely loves attending daycare at Dogtopia and playing with her friends. The staff is always friendly helpful and I feel safe having my dog there.

I love that you treat Chloe and Lucy like they are your own. I love that all the staff know our dogs,good and bad, and love them anyway.
