I love how your staff works hard to not only know our pup's name but understand his play style and what works or doesn't work for him. Our pup is an extremely active player at times and does very well with several other highly active pups in balanced play. He takes redirection very well when play is getting too energetic. You've done a good job continuing to train personnel to monitor those intensity levels, redirect and occasionally provide distancing or brief non-punitive time outs when that's the appropriate to manage the energy levels.

We totally love Dogtopia!! Our dog Luke can’t wait to get there. Every person that works at Dogtopia are great. We also have Luke groomed at Dogtopia. It makes us feel great when your dog is happy and excited when he’s greeted by his human friends!

I visited 3 facilities with my doggy & was so impressed with Dogtopia ❤️ Absolutely love that they have packages & they include doggy spa 👍 So nice after a long play week her coming home & smelling good for the weekend 😃. The spa is amazing!!! Love that we can ck in on the webcam to see how she is doing. Highly recommend Dogtopia in Papillion.

Love taking our puppy here! You can make and appointment through the app or call but even better you can just walk in! You can tell they love your pet! Anytime I’m missing my pupper, I can get on the app and watch her play!

I love how friendly everyone is. Kimber always has a blast at daycare and comes home happy. As he is a young mini Aussie, he has tons of energy and daycare is the best way for him to socialize while getting to play and get his energy out for the day. 10/10 would recommend Dogtopia!

I love that the staff REMBERS my dog and acknowledges us when we arrive. They greet him by name and always act excited to see him. I work in customer service so I know how hard it is to do this on days when you really don't feel like being super friendly (we ALL have those days) and I truly appreciate the effort they make. Nantucket always comes home tired and happy.

Everyone knows my pup by name and is genuinely excited to see him. He loves going to daycare and I love knowing he gets the playtime and socializing he needs. It’s so fun to watch him on the webcam during the day.

I haven’t tried anything besides daycare here, but unlike other daycares I’ve taken my dog to, I actually felt great leaving her in your staffs care! I was able to walk back and see the play rooms, and where the dogs kennels are as well. I greatly appreciated the meet and greet, tour, as well as the in depth application to ensure they’re taking proper care of my sneaky pup (who can escape crates and open doors.) It shows they care! The first thing that really told me this place was different was how the staff interacted with my dog when I first brought her in. They gave her attention and love and actually showed interest. This will be the only place I take my dog for daycare & boarding from now on!

I love that you know our dogs and are just as excited to see them as they are to see you. It makes me feel good about leaving them because I know they are with people that care about them. They have such an amazing time and always come home and pass out because they played so hard all day.
