Great staff and they really take care of your pets

I’ve not been there since it converted. My biggest issue with PYP was the high employee turnover. I’d prefer the same people around my dogs daily. One reason I’ve not been in 2 yrs.

The fact that we can view the dogs while out of town is a big plus. I was a bit disappointed that the webcams weren’t available for a lot of the time…not sure if they were down for maintenance? But the couple of times we were able to get a view were great and reassuring.

The staff was absolutely kind and took excellent care of our fur baby.

I like almost everything about Dogtopia (Omaha-Papillion). I appreciate the friendly and thoughtful manner in which all staff greet and care for my dogs. I also appreciate feeling welcomed when I come into the site or call them for any reason. Erin and Josh are amazing leaders at Dogtopia. Honestly, I feel the same about most/all staff I've encountered.

When I dropped my dog off for the first time today, I felt like he was in a safe place where he could have fun and exercise and he had people there that would care for him and love him. I loved being able to look in on him through out the day!

Winston was happy and clearly very well taken care of. He wouldn't leave without saying bye to the daycare worker! I liked being able to check in with him using the webcams. Also, they were able to fit him in for a grooming and he was so clean when I picked him up. I'll groom and board him there from now on!

Lambeau is so happy to see everyone there in the morning, and they are happy to see him! He knows when we pull in the parking lot where we are.

Grooming and play days are great

Everyone is kind and I believe they truly care about my pet that is very important to me to know they are watched closely and loved.

Bella had a trial day and she loved it. I like the cameras but wish they had a closer view. App is good. Orientation to facility good. Caring people. I feel very safe having my dog there and I'm kind of neurotic about my pets' safety. Playrooms seem appropriately divided between types of dogs. Good price point, offering both full and half days. Good weekend coverage. Now they have a pick up and drop off service too!

The made the meet and greet easy and quick and even offered my dog a free day of doggie daycare.

Staff was very friendly and our dog had a great time. I like that there is an area for smaller dogs and the webcams was a nice feature to look in and see how our dog was doing.
