We love the staff at Dogtopia! Nick is amazing and Leah is great with Waffles! All we have to do is ask Waffles, “Do you wanna go play with your friends?” and she starts running around and jumping on us and the furniture all excited because she knows she’s going to Dogtopia!

We had an amazing experience with Dogtopia, and will definitely be back!

The General Manager and front desk staff are very friendly and clearly love the dogs that come into the lobby. Everything is very clean and it’s a great service to have a place for dogs to go on long days when being home alone isn’t possible.

Everything at one place. Good customer service. Fair price

I absolutely love Dogtopia. Love the employees, love the webcams, I love how they treat my fur babies. However I do not love the prices. I’m sorry guys, I would pick you every time but, financially I can’t and it sucks.

Employees are friendly, and knowledgeable about any questions I might have. Records are accurate about my dog. Employees know my dog by name and he loves going for daycare so I know he has been treated well.

My dog loves to come or doggy daycare. I really like the staff. They are always polite and helpful.

I appreciate the flexible scheduling options and how the employees remember and care about my dog. The available grooming services are very convenient since it can be done while my dog is at day care already.

Caring and friendly staff at Dogtopia. Our dog is always anxious and eager to have a fun day at their facilities. We have utilized both West Omaha and the Papillion locations; both are excellent locations. You can check on your dog(s) through the web cams available to see how/what they are doing. It’s always a fun day for your best friend as they play and frolic with new best friends forever that the meet at the Dogtopia facilities which are kept clean throughout.

I felt such peace of mind leaving my puppy with the Dogtopia staff. They were so patient in answering all my questions and getting to know what he likes, dislikes, etc. I can bring Tuck his own food to eat during his lunch/rest time. I also rest assured knowing there is a staff member watching the dogs play at all times. This means any scuffles are resolved promptly, messes are cleaned up and sanitized quickly and my puppy gets interaction/socialization with different people as well as dogs.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience. I would recommend you to all fur-parents!

Like the amenities!

The staff is always so great! It’s important to have quick drop off as I then head to work. When I pick up my pup comes out so happy. I love peeking at the camera during the day but I forget sometimes because I have no worry my pup is having a blast.

I like the fact that you guys ask any questions at the first visit that may be needed to help our doggos.

Great experience and grooming

Natalie has been our groomer for several years. She is willing to go above and beyond to help! We recently adopted a puppy from the NE Humane Society and Natalie has been so kind to our little Max. He had been neglected and abused so he needs plenty of TLC and Natalie is there to help. We appreciate the staff as well, because when an animal needs help, sometimes it takes a village!
