Courteous and polite
Your people, their enthusiasm, care in what they do and all around professionalism. I hired Meathead Movers to move my furniture into a pod in my driveway after being flooded out on the 9th of Jan. They moved me back in today and the care they took is nothing but admirable. Thank you Meathead movers...you are the best!!

Excellent service and attitudes
The movers were on time, friendly, courteous, polite and got the job accomplished quickly with no damage incurred.
I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the fact that it only took half the time that I paid for as a tip. In other words they would have received double pay rate. Instead I paid for three hours when they only worked for one and a half hours, then I still had to tip them.

We have damage to our walls, they were slow, couldn’t take all items, and the crew complained the whole time about working and why people quit. I have no idea how much I was charged.

Movers were professional, polite, and efficient. The relocation specialist was responsive and provided answers for all of our questions.
The workers , the are great young Men very Respectful, and they do a Great Job and Fast. I have used MeatHeads on all my moves about 5 times they are always awesome.

Everyone is tired after 8 hours
Trevor, (the Mentor) urinated on my bathroom toilet seat, he didn't even lift the seat. Complete disregard and disrespect.
I caught Phillip in the blue seatrain container (full of stuff to be loaded into the PODs) looking through an open box of personal items, in his hands was my black velvet jewelry case which had quality vintage rhinestone jewelry. Phillip quickly put it back and pretend to be doing other stuff. This raises concerns, as in the blue seatrain container, I had a 9" knife (in a leather scabbard), which I believed to be sitting on the 3rd shelf on the right, which was nowhere to be seen. I cannot say definitively that the knife was stolen but it was last seen on a shelf in the container. Phillip should not have been rummaging through personal effects that were not secure in a closed box.
Also, upon arrival, I did a walk through with the guys as to what needed to be transported into the PODS, I distinctly pointed out a mirror declaring, "This is my baby, my favorite possession, so I want you guys to be careful with this mirror. I love this mirror. It's my baby." The mirror was later broken. Yes, accidents do happen, however with my emphatic desire for it to be handled with extreme caution was not heeded.
I had high expectations of the guys expertly packing the POD nice, tight and secure. I had to constantly request for the items to be secured with ratchet tie downs, where Trevor would reply, I think this is good enough (as is), it was my insistence for the ratchet tie downs. The POD are traveling 1,700 miles . . . I want it to be secure as possible.
So, with all said, I believe Meathead Movers to be overrated and overpriced. I plan on doing a Yelp review which would translate to a 1 or 2 out of 5, with and emphatic NO recommendation.
Please note, I firmly believe in the "10 Commandments", #9 is "Thou shall not bear false witness." I affirm what I have written is factual and true.
Tristan and Luis were so friendly and professional.. they did an awesome job. They were a head of schedule and could not have improved on a thing! I highly recommend both of these young men!

Rocessiinal, so wel trained. We have used Meathead twice and experience 4 Meathead Movers. All so kind, hard working, respectful! The whole company communicates well, so helpful and sincerely concerned. We had to delay our second service three times but everyone was understanding. Thank you so much!

They were careful when I pointed out an antique mirror and assured its safe delivery.
They were polite, friendly and went above and beyond.
My packing team was awesome. They were both careful and paid attention to details. Julia in particular did a fantastic job packing up my kitchen. She wrapped everything very securely.
Unpackers today, Jorgan and Julia did a fabulous job. They figured out where to put things and were energetic about moving boxes and unpacking. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Jorgan has great leadership skills, pays attention to Meathead guidelines, is friendly and confident. Please let me know if he is available for adoption.
My packing, moving and unpacking team was the best. The movers worked together and made the day so much more pleasant. They were respectful to each other, careful with our items and very easy to work with. I appreciate all of them coming by to shake my hand at the end.
The entire crew was professional and personable. They followed all directions to a tee and were very careful with everything. They hustled the entire time and completed what I thought was going to be a four and a half hour job in just barely over three. I will definitely call them again and recommend their service.
