Everything about this complicated move went smoothly! From when we sold our property in SLO and moved all the furniture into storage, then nine months later, move the furniture from the storage to Palm Springs, and then everything we didn’t need or want they brought to a consignment store in Palm Desert. The communication from the beginning to the end was excellent. Our movers were beyond fabulous, and I am so happy to be able to recommend, your company thank you so much!

The two movers were professional and courteous. We have used your company several times in the last few years and will continue to do so.
Everything went great. I was charged less than the minimum quote, which was surprising. I questioned the Driver and mentioned how surprised I was. He said he was charging for actual time spent. The next day I was contacted and told that I would need to pay the minimum quote by adding 45 minutes to the time spent even though that time was not spent moving or traveling.
I informed the Operations Manager when I called back that I didn't intend to pay more than the agent charged for the actual work performed and that I was originally pleasantly surprised to do business with a company that requested fair payment for actual work. Then called for payment for service that wasn't given but was originally estimated. After discussion the Operations Manager agreed to the amount the Driver charged for work performed.
That's the reason for the 8 rather than 10.
I had 3 PODS unloaded. The Meathead guys were great. Professional, focused on the task at hand and were great watching my walls as they moved the furniture and boxes.
I have been calling for 3 days after the move for someone to contact me regarding the damaged and missing items. WHO DO I HAVE TO CONTACT?

Very Professional
Guys had a great attitude and understanding of how to wrap and move items. This cottage had some real challenges with small doorways and access for the truck, but the guys took the challenge head and made it happen.
Leo and Wade were extremely professional and handled everything in an extremely fast time-frame. Would use again.

The moving of the items went fine, and the guys were great, but I don’t know if they just didn’t know how to do the paperwork properly, but the paperwork took waaaay too long.
The flexibility when I wasn't sure if my POD was going to arrive on time.

Everything about your service is outstanding except your minimum rate of two hours. We only had the movers here 20 minutes and it cost almost $400 dollars. I did not tip because I expect the company to tip them out of the $400.

I think it’s ridiculous that I have to pay a “convenience fee” on an almost $3,000 charge for using a credit card. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business. I had a lower quote from another vendor and I went with Meathead because I trusted the company to treat me right. While I’m mostly happy with the work completed, I will now consider other companies for my next move for which there will be one. I have recommended Meathead many times in the past and I know of at least two moves where my recommendation was followed. I will not be so enthusiastic in the future.
