Everyone was fast and professional and followed instructions regarding interaction with my disabled brother. They were sensitive to the situation and did everything extremely well.

All the young men who helped move us were very respectful and extremely courteous.
Now for their work ethic - they were all very knowledgeable and very careful. We had absolutely no mishaps.

The mover were fantastic. Super patient willing to move the furniture no matter how many times we asked them. They were quick loading and unloading. Arrived exactly at the scheduled time.

Overall a good experience. When I registered for my storage and move the day before I asked to change something about the move. I was told they would get back to me and nobody did. That was disappointing. However I'm impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of my movers. That were easy going and efficient. On a separate note the facilities are great and I love the branding. Thank you.
Everyone I spoke with on the phone or interacted with during the move were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I greatly appreciate the fact that you sent me names and pictures of my move team so I knew who to expect on the team. My move team was awesome!!! These young men worked continually and rose to every challenge with intensity and intelligence!! They were determined, worked together and always had a pleasant attitude with great humor and smiles. You were the only moving company I called and once I read about your mission I knew I had chosen the right company. As a former high school teacher and one who loves to work with, and learn from, our young adults I thank you for centering on the student and athletes. Your crew was fantastic. They went above and beyond to accomplish my move. I had a lot of heavy boxes and bulky furniture and was moving into a 3 story townhome with lots of stairs - they handled it all very well.
Very professional. Really friendly. Packed & did move in record time. Protected furniture & doorways. Very helpful.

Everything! Easy to set up schedule and reschedule. The customer service reps were wonderful, patient and very professional. The packers were fantastic. They joked around with my dad and we’re patient, funny, professional, and went the extra mile.
my move got rescheduled last minute to a later time, i agreed because i had already scheduled other employees to help me with packing and also a scissor lift to put the furniture upstairs. Because it got rescheduled the guys came from a different city and could not stay longer to help move all the furniture upstairs. The movers were helpful and courteous, so it's not their fault that they have a long drive home. I used meathead because it is supposed to be a LOCAL company. It was frustrated that only half of what needed to be moved was not going to be moved so i had a few other things not taken so that the important one got to the other office. I believe that the person who set up the date and time should of NOT scheduled me if they didn't have the people available.
Everyone was so nice! Loved that they called and checked up on the guys moving! The guys moved fast the whole time! They were so careful and very nice! Totally would recommend to family and friends!!!
The service was great and the guys were friendly and my move went exactly as I hoped it would. I’ve been stressing between working 12 hr days, 6 days a week, taking care of my dad that was injured at work, taking care of my sick dog and moving. I was so worried about not getting out of my apartment before my lease was up and thanks to Meathead Movers, I was out before my 5pm deadline. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend.
My only qualm, I will say is… I purchased the packing package and I was told on THREE separate occasions that I would receive a call ONE HOUR before the packers were set to arrive. Unfortunately, they called me 15 mins before and I couldn’t have them come at that time. I was set on the one hour time and planned for work as my dog to be picked up. Due to this, I couldn’t have my dog picked up, or log off for work. I told the guy, give me at least 30 mins, please.. which they did, but the one hour would’ve helped tremendously.

Honestly. Everything I do in my life is about relationships. My work. My free time. And especially where I live. I knew immediately upon the arrival of the guys, I had made the right choice. My girlfriend was out at ease instantly. The effort and result of the effort was well worth the money. I would recommend MM’s anytime.
