The moving specialists were all extremely polite, personable, careful with our belongings and very efficient.

Everything went very smoothly except a few minor details. One issue was when they used our new dining room table as a packing space and our new table got some bad scratches. The other issue was with the customer transport boxes. They seemed to take some of the rules to extreme such as excluding things like cleaning wipes that have such a small amount of liquid and throwing a small cabinet in the customer transport box when it only had a couple items that were liquid. We didn’t appreciate this given the limited space available in our car.
The workers were very careful of the firniture and took the time to place everything in just the right places. They were professional and efficient.

The guys were very nice and really worked hard, especially in the muggy heat. Except for the lamp being broken, they were very careful with my stuff. Am I being reimbursed for that?

Joe and the other team member were so helpful, polite and hardworking. They moved my parents who are disabled and asked if they could help in anyway. They warned them if the ground was slippery due to the rug being moved. Great communicators, too!

The most hard working, conscientious and respectful young people I’ve ever met. It was 105 degrees the day we moved and they had smiles on their faces all day. Not one complaint about the heat. Absolutely remarkable.
Damage to furniture
The move went smoothly and the movers were very polite and professional. We were a little surprised at how big the “small” truck was. It caused some difficulties in parking and delays in the pace of loading as the movers needed to move the truck periodically to allow people access to their parking spots. Our one major surprise was how long it took to complete what we thought was a fairly simple/modest move.
You followed thru on pricing.... even to the point of making corrections on final bill. The workers were fast efficient and friendly. Respectful of my house and nice 👌 ☺
I know we were on standby but when I talked to the lady when I scheduled the move. She estimated that they would be there by 1 or 2. They did not show up until 3:30 . It made it really hard moving a senior person. Because you have to get her all setup before I could come home. So it was after 8:30 at night when I got home and could have dinner. It would be really nice to have gotten some updates from your company.
Very organized, and helpful and nice to work with
The guys who unpacked our stuff from the PODS at the new place were great. They hustled and unloaded all the stuff and they still had time to assemble furniture. They were respectful and polite. What we noticed when they unpacked the PODS was that, whomever packed the PODS (also Meathead Movers), did not wrap and protect things in such a way as to keep them from being damaged. Several of our furniture pieces have scratches to the finish.
The friendly fast service
Friendly and on time. Didn’t get all that I needed on the truck and a little pricey.
The two student athletes were very helpful, friendly, courteous and moved quickly through their tasks while taking excellent care with our furniture.
