Packers need more training. Of the 4 times I've used your service, these were the least skilled. The last hour They basically handed me things while I stacked. Call if you want details. Phone number removed

These 2 crews were beyond what I anticipated. Courteous. Professional. The were training guys and there was only great communication. Not condescending or belittling. They finished just under the 3 hour time limit. Sorry we left the CA or you could have unloaded us, too. Thanks to all!!

The people who actually did the moving were exceptional! They were efficient, smart, and thoughtful.
However, I do not care for the attempt to almost double the cost on moving day. It’s a variation of the “ bait and switch” policy that it terrible for consumers.
I told your representative when I got your estimate exactly how much I had to move (2 of your 10X15 units, floor to ceiling).
Doing this price increase on moving day, when the customer is exhausted and very stressed is like kicking her while she’s down. Like telling a woman mid-labor that the fees have gone up 100% for childbirth since she entered the hospital. 🤬

Professional. Never a complaint. Really nice guys. Handled a stressful situation extremely well. No complaining. No whining. No trash talk. Unfortunately, a mirror was broken, a family heirloom. I was sad, but it was handled professionally and with kindness. They appreciated my “loss”. I hope management will come through. I expecting a call today.

Fast and efficient and very courteous!
We were impressed with the overall efficiency and professionalism displayed by the moving team. Alex and Mason explained all the nuances involving our move and worked really hard on a blistering hot day. That made sure everything was placed as we wanted at the destination, even counting a few do overs as we created our new configuration.
Communication from the booking process through execution was top notch.
You guys were great! Your guys showed up on time and got right to work. Handled everything with care and were very nice. They didn't seem bothered when you asked them a question. Meathead Movers took care of me and I recommend them anytime you need to move!

This was my second time to use these movers, Great group of workers, I would recommend them to others.
In the interest of time the boys rushed and they worked as fast as they could. Yet when faced with challenge, they slowed down and were very deliberate and cautious, but all the same we would have liked a little more organization from them. I had labeled several boxes as DAILY USE - Kitchen, but not all of those made it...so the first night we where unable to prepare a meal. Then today we found a couple of boxes that was marked fragile glass (daily use), many were broken!
Although, I could not have expect anything more considering how much was accomplished in 4 hours. The boy however, were great! They worked hard, they were always flawlessly respectful, and at times very patient with us when we were not quite prepared.
On second thought I would rate them as a 10. But Meatheads, I give you a 9.
The boys asked if we were concerned for the floors and offered to put paper down, but no mention of there being a charge for that, and there was one other unmentioned charge that I cant recall at the moment. Nor do I remember anything in the marketing material or contract. I was happy to pay for the service, but did not like that it came as suprise.

The guys knew how to wrap and safely move furniture. They handled the paperwork equally well. They were also polite and knew when to ask questions.
The movers were very efficient; the items were moved as planned.
