Overall, the facilities are excellent, the equipment is top-notch, and the post-training spaces, such as the sauna, are what I enjoy the most. Another thing I would highlight is the friendliness of all the staff, from the receptionists and personal trainers to the cleaners. Whenever I had a minor issue, they were always happy to help.
Fantastic facility. Big props to the trainer of the Ceremony class on Tuesday lunchtimes. I think her name is Karen. She is fantastic! So enthusiastic, and motivating and constantly pushing the class participants.

It has every thing you need to live a very fulfilling life active life. I'm a member 24 years and I'm fitter than I have ever been.
Facilities are just amazing at this point in time.

It's a complete fitness club. Friendly staff.
Perfect gym area both up and downstairs
High quality equipment and facilities including snack and coffee bar.
Cleanliness is also a 10 gym well kept and changing rooms.
Spa area is clean and sterile and cozy for after a hard gym session for total unwind and relaxation.
Pool is a good size.
Staff friendly and very well coming to both new and existing members.
Price is high but you do get what you pay for.

Lovely pleasant front-of-house staff, particularly Giovanni and who always seems to be there when I go, and great facilities, some of which I haven’t used yet, but hope to in the future. Very close to where I live and within walking distance… so more exercise!! Excellent ambience and state of the art building. Caters for all ages and abilities which I love. Highly recommend West Wood Club.

I chose the club mainly because of the high number, and variety of, group classes.
I like the overall facilities and all the things the club offers (workout areas, group class studios, pool, cafe, tennis courts). And the Ceremony and Conquer area was a great addition.

Hi, I have a small suggestion regarding privacy and following the rules in the gym. It would be really ideal to have a designated mirror selfie/photo corner in the men’s locker area or somewhere around the gym.
At the moment, there isn’t really a suitable place to take a mirror photo
Having a dedicated spot would allow members to take photos while respecting everyone else’s privacy and personal space.
I think it would be a simple but really appreciated addition. Thank you!

The new SPA is amazing and the location is extremely appealing. Pool 50m long is definetely an asset.
I like it clean and constant upgrading. Water quality and steem and sauna are of a high standard. I have trouble in waking through from entry to activity difficult as people just walk any direction. This is partly due to people eye on mobile phones. I also take exception to people bringing phones into the pool, sauna, rest pool. While it's not allowed, action does need to be seen to happen. This is a great activity centre.
