Good gym and pool/spa facilities
Friendly staff and very clean. My biggest bug bear is the lack of aircon in the main gym and the bad odour I often get. I had to leave the gym on one occasion as one particular guest caused the entire room to become unbearable. Staff were alerted and many other guests companies too. The lack of fresh air and aircon means that bad odours remain and don't get a chance to be expelled.
I enjoy everything at west wood club There is enough space for exercise with all the necessary equipment provided for a good result. In my opinion, he is number one.
The staff
It's always so clean.The introductory personal trainer sessions are a great way to get to know the club. The pool and the facilities are so good.
It's top of the range with facilties, the pool is great, the changing areas, seating, playzone and outdoor areas cater to all ages. I would highly recommend. I would love to see more combined family deals with membership as it is a bit expensive.
I really like the swimming and other aquatic facilities, including the sauna and steam room. There is a great social atmosphere.

Its not to busy, staff so helpful & friendly & every where very clean.
The quality of the equipment is unbelievable and the amount is amazing. Rarely queing for a machine or bench.
The spa aswell is very refreshing after the workout which you don't get in most other gyms.

Really like the new men’s changing area. It’s made the Westwood experience a lot better
I like to see they are always working towards improvement. The new mens showers for example, was needed and it is fabulous!
