The whole experience everytime I come here it brings me joy happiness it's not just about exercise staff classes management everyone is so friendly that's why the members stay there and also I met my husband here at a spin class.The club helped me when I had alot of grief within the family only for westwood I wouldn't have pulled through mentally I'm a better person now have made lots of good friends and with alot of health problems I can honestly say exercise is the best medicine

the staff, the equipment, venues, cleanliness, it really is a beautiful gym. I can't speak highly enough about West Wood. I'm there at the Aston Quay centre most mornings and I just love it all. You guys are doing a great job and I certainly appreciate it.

The Spa room with its hot waterfalls cascading down on my aching back! Pure heaven!!!
I only swim so I enjoy what the area has to offer.
The cleaning staff work hard to keep it clean and dry.
Reception staff particularly Jean and Tracey are friendly and welcoming and helpful always.
The addition of the O'Brien Cafe is a real bonus including it's outside seating on sunny days.
