Perfect place to work out
It’s clean and people seem to be respectful of others. Good atmosphere
I am so thankful for childcare (however I do wish there was much more limited tv watching) and love the classes, Juliana’s lift classes and Jays conditioning and love the yoga studio and the heated options.

The leg equipment and red light therapy
Great gym with a lot of amenities.
Friendly staff, good machines and good value for the money. Always clean as well. My only complaint is that there is no cell service in the gym (not your fault), but the WiFi is horrible! It never works and makes it hard to use my workout apps or listen to music. Please, please, please fix the Wi-Fi!

Savannah and Brent deserve a lot of credit. After coming from Littleton which has the worst culture and the most unwelcoming environment from clients and staff, it has been a breath of fresh air to come to Lakewood. The 2 staff I mentioned above really make this place feel like a second home. Seeing them always sets the mood for my day.

I like how clean and new it is, I feel comfortable going to the gym and it use to scare me horribly. The staff is super nice and you can always see them either cleaning machines or overall being proactive and very helpful
