Clean facilities with great equipment and friendly, helpful staff- what else could you possibly need?
Facilities are impecable and staff is super friendly. Would love more cycling classes outside of 9-5 pm and on the weekends, though!
For the most part clean - however there were several dust bunnies/hair balls in the group fitness room... The movie theater concept is great and so is the smoothie bar!

I love everything about it. I would say that the scheduling for the gravity chairs is weird like you gotta go all the way up and then go back. It seems like a lot of redundancy and the bathrooms depending on what time of the day that you’re going to the gym could be cleaner the last two times I went they were not great. They weren’t awful, but they weren’t great.

The gym feels very inclusive and not intimidating. There is also tons of equipment so there is always a nice variety available. The staff and members all do a great job of working together to keep it clean.
I absolutely love all the classes that are offered. It makes my membership more than worth it.
I love the environment and the big space. I love the options that are available and especially at the Lakewood facility I love taking advantage of the cold plunge and then sauna!!
The Lakeland location is exceptional. Lots of really good equipment very clean.

Club is great especially for the price. Machines seem to break down a lot but get fixed relatively quickly (within a week or so). Always clean and staff is friendly!

Englewood needs to step up their game cuz Lakewood was a 30 min drive but so worth it is is so nice in there
