Great gym, very clean, nice employees, and even when it is busy it doesn’t feel super crowded.

I enjoy the environment and energy. The selection of machines and equipment is also a big plus. Staff have been super helpful and polite.

The facilities are clean, there is a ton of workout equipment and fitness classes to choose from, and the amentities (hello, zero gravity massage chair) are excellent. Kidz Club also makes it super easy for parents to get in an uninterupted workout .

I’m a primary member at the Bowles location and sometimes visit the Lakewood location because it is a better experience. 5x better than Bowles location

Great equipment selection with right spread of types of machines and free weights plus the price is hard to beat.

I love the equipment, atmosphere, and cleanliness of the environment. My only complaint is I wish there was a boxing area and a step up machine, but other than that, love everything else.

I like that the benefits are exclusive to tiers of membership but the lift lab needs more mirrors and the red light therapy needs hooks for changing

Would be great to have a Precor 240i Stretch Trainer on the floor. I would use it!

Clean and spacious

I like that there is a lot of equipment so even when it’s busy usually can get done what you need to. Also, really like the sauna, red light, and massage chairs.

It’s a great, clean and friendly gym. The equipment is great and the space is set up really well. And best of all there is a movie theater there!

The variety of classes and the rewards program helps motivate me to reach my fitness goals. The cinema and smoothie bar and massage chairs are nice amenities.

I like going early mornings No waiting for equipment!

All of the staff is so nice and the gym is always so clean. Machines don't stay down for long which is awesome too

I also really appreciate that none of the televisions are showing 24-hour news. I feel like I can unplug and relax while I’m at the gym.

Chuze has a large variety of exercise options in one single facility. The equipment is new and the facility is clean.

I love this new gym. However, would love to consider opening kids club at 8 on weekends. Also, many classes for working members are body pump and lifting options. Could we consider adding more barre classes or strength classes during the lunch hour? 11:30 or 12? There’s only one lunchtime option during the work week.

I am impressed with how clean the gym is kept.

It’s a good experience as an average fitness enthusiast but the young female employees can be snooty. Most employees are nice and professionalism should be top priority and they should treat all gym members the same without standofish brash treatment. It seems they’re only nice to younger members and ignore the older gym members.

10/10 amazing facilities. Usually attended lift club or strength development classes.
