The staff in upstair gym is very friendly ahd helpful for new comers who don't know the proper way to use the machine! Really appreciate his help! And also enjoy the pilates class, the instructor does a really good job! Wish have her pilate class in the early morning or evening so people who have to work in the office also can attend her classes.

Friendly staff and lots of great classes
The staff at the front desk are always friendly, the gym is always clean, the equipment is in good condition, and the classes are a great workout!
We loved the swim lessons! It did seem more difficult for the children to focus and hear their instructors when the adult water aerobics classes were going though. For that reason, I would probably stick with lessons at Ford Pool or find a time when there are no adult classes right by the children.

The classes are really enjoyable and the instructor, Judy, is wonderful! Teaching classes where the variety of abilities among the students is wide, she is so good at teaching to all levels.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.The facility is clean and well taken care of. So glad my family and I have taken membership here.
I have only participated in water aerobics. When I exit the pool to go through the shower//bathroom/dressing area, the temperature is very, very cold, and has a fan running. I would rather shower and dress there, but can't because it is too cold.
I love the shallow water aerobic classes, and the silver sneaker's classes taught by Lynn and Judy.
My only wish is that we were treated like adults. For example, the water weights are locked up and the door for the chairs is also locked (until 8:45).
I mentioned the locked water weights to someone in charge, and was told it was so the children could not get them. The point thought, is that no children are there in the morning ( except for the summer program going on now.)
As I am sure you are aware, the 9am (Mon, Wed and Fri) classes are packed. Might be nice to find another great instructor to teach that class at 8am - maybe that would take the pressure off the 9 am class, it has in the past.
Ease of enrolling. No contract. Have the right equipment. And most importantly have the pool for laps.
