Customer Testimonials

Friendly staff, great facility

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well taken care of. So glad my family and I have taken membership here.

I have only participated in water aerobics. When I exit the pool to go through the shower//bathroom/dressing area, the temperature is very, very cold, and has a fan running. I would rather shower and dress there, but can't because it is too cold.

I love the shallow water aerobic classes, and the silver sneaker's classes taught by Lynn and Judy.
My only wish is that we were treated like adults. For example, the water weights are locked up and the door for the chairs is also locked (until 8:45).
I mentioned the locked water weights to someone in charge, and was told it was so the children could not get them. The point thought, is that no children are there in the morning ( except for the summer program going on now.)

As I am sure you are aware, the 9am (Mon, Wed and Fri) classes are packed. Might be nice to find another great instructor to teach that class at 8am - maybe that would take the pressure off the 9 am class, it has in the past.

Ease of enrolling. No contract. Have the right equipment. And most importantly have the pool for laps.

Easy to sign up, friendly staff, nice facilities.

Yes wear much

The facility, the showers, the lazy river

Awesome facility! It’s clean, fun, it has options for parents while their kids are swimming. Great value for the membership.

Clean, friendly environment, lifeguards personal .,everything about center. Is excellent.

I like that it is not overcrowded. I'm able to use the machines I need most of the time. The only thing I recommend is that the person working in the workout area monitors the use of the machines better. They should be trained to ensure members are using the machines correctly and offer tips on the use of the machines. They should also tell those who sit at the machines on their phones that they should go downstairs to one of the tables to play on their phones instead of monopolizing the machines.

I love my deep water aerobics instructor. She is a lot of fun! She makes me want to come to class and regret when I have to miss it!

Great to have the gym and pool area to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Service is excellent and the areas are clean.

People are wonderful. Only complaint is that sometimes water is cold and overhead fan is blowing.

I enjoy the facility and its amenities. My only feedback is that there are times especially in the late afternoon and early evening hours where finding a lane in the competition pool is rather difficult as the majority are reserved for swim clubs.

The class was great! Pool is very nice.

Very very friendly, so so so clean there, you will meet a lot of happy peoples.

We enjoy the workout equipment and the Zumba classes. The staff is also helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed swimming at the lap pool, and it seems well maintained with ample lifeguards present that made me feel safe while swimming.

Activities are well organized and planned.
It is very attractive for seniors.
All areas are clean and well maintained.

The facilities are great and the life guards are always alert. I enjoy coming for lap swimming and bringing the kids to play in the lazy river.
