Obsessed with the pools! There are two and a hot tub! Workout classes are great my favorite is Jen’s Wind Down Yoga for Tuesday and Thursday’s evenings for relaxation. I feel very comfortable here compared to other typical “gym” settings and people are very nice.
The number of activities
It is well managed and kept clean and organized in all areas. The services provided are well thought out and well managed. I primarily utilize the physical training facility and fhave found it to meet my overall needs. The trainers on site are friendly and sincerely care about providing leadership and education to those needing physical therapy land/or just health improvements overall.

The silver sneaker instructors are very knowledgeable and the facility is clean and friendly. A perfect place to connect with others, have fun and get some exercise.
This facility is a good cozy place to work out and meet friendly folks while working off a few pounds. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Overall, this is the ideal place to work out and possible take a dip in the pool to cool down afterwards.

It has everything I need to exercise. Whirlpool needs to be hot for it to be therapeutic. It is always breaking down. Has been that way for years. Fitness area has improved tremendously, and I enjoy the people working up there.

clean facility
Very clean with friendly, supportive staff. Pool water is like swimming in bottled water - perfect temperature as well. Keep up the great work!! Suggestion to open the lap pool at 5am when the center opens and provide more open lanes when opening Saturday mornings.
