I see Dr Ross about twice a year as I continue to travel on my hearing loss journey. She takes time to discuss any issues that I may be experiencing, cleans my hearing aids, and tweaks any setting that may need adjustment. She lifts my spirits with her kindness and attention given to me at each appointment.
