Staff very professional and friendly. My first visit felt welcome. Location a bit hard to find even with GPS, so maybe some kind of directions emailed/link sent to new patients. Doctor spend good amount of time explaining and checking my ears and asking good questiions. Very clean office, front wait room and clinical rooms also.

Doctor Lunde did such a great job on my rhinoplasty and septoplasty. He listened to me and the end result was exactly what I wanted, and I can breathe! I feel like he took very good care of me. I would recommend him to anyone. The nurses in the office were friendly and helpful.

Everyone was nice, the doctor's assistant asked good pertinent questions, and of all the ENT's i have seen, I have never gotten such a clear explanation of my hearing loss and what the plan is from here. I liked that he brought a student in to check out my ears, too.
