I thought that she was friendly and attentive to her patient. To be honest with you, I have been so busy since then and a lot had been happening at home that I can not remember what is the next thing that is suppose to happen after the hearing test. I have not heard anything about the result since I left your office. Am I suppose to be prescribe with a hearing aid or am I suppose to come to see you. Since I have not anything from your office, I just can't remember what am I suppose to do next.

The doctor takes his time to clearly explain the situation, the treatment plan, and what to expect. Both the nurse and the doctor are genuinely friendly and attentive.
