Dr. Ross provided thorough information in straightforward and simple language while looking at me and speaking clearly. She was very positive in her presentation, acknowledging that there might be problems but reassuring me that problems were solvable. She said that the outcome would not be absolutely perfect but a great improvement over where I am now. She was friendly and smiled.

Have been his patient for years. His staff is incredible at every level. Dr. Lunde is always very thorough and listens to you. I brought my mother to him about 15 years ago. At the time she had Alzheimer's, I will never forget how patient he was with her. Feel very blessed for finding him.
