The whole experience is amazing . Infrared sauna with color therapy to start followed by a vitamin C shower rinse to get you ready for the contrast plunge into a pristine stand up sit down pool
Of 55 degrees water !

What did you like about your experience?

Very welcoming staff and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend hiding the cord or covering it to the cold plunge cause it gets soaked when you’re in and out of the shower/cold plunge. At some point it could be a issue as it ages and frayes
