What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I am impressed by the changes at The Grande Theatre in Winston Salem, NC since Santikos took over. My son used to live in Texas so it was a well known name to us. The theatre was very clean, the cue line for snacks was perfect, and, finally, the popcorn was delicious. Will be returning more often now that things have improved.

The lady at the counter actually looked at my points and told me what I could use them on. This is the FIRST time anyone has done that.

I wish they asked if we were rewards members like other places do.

My parents are elderly and i’ve never been to a movie theater that had an elevator for the upper seating area of iMax! thank you so much for this, it helped my parents so so much!

Love the Grand in Winston-Salem. It's always clean, theaters are spacious, employees are nice.
Sound levels are sometimes insanely loud, but that's been standard everywhere for a long time.

Nice new seats, although theater ( we went theater 18 , then the following weekend was theater 1) was not clean, popcorn on the seats and surrounding area. Would like to have a clean space to enjoy the show.
Hope it will be clean next time
