Comfortable seats and good atmosphere.
Nothing exceptional, except that your staff was very helpful. It seems to meet the basic standard of any movie theater these days. It would be nice to have the name of the movie. You’re seeing on the theater like you used to so you know you’re going into the right one. Our show did not start out with the video playing and had to be corrected. No big deal it was taken care of quickly. We saw a movie that was subtitled and although it’s anniversary show and maybe I should have known it. I had never heard of the show and there was nowhere that indicated it was going to be subtitle. Still a good movie just did not go to the movies to read.

An excellent theater, well maintained. Incredible variety of offerings in films & concessions. The employees could use a little more customer service training. While it is difficult to inculcate a feeling of happiness and enjoyment in employees it is important that they not project an air of active disdain for patrons. Theaters should be bright, joyful, vibrant places. "Welcome to Santikos" "We're so glad to see you" "Enjoy the film" "Thanks for being here" etc.
I’ve never had a bad experience. I easily get my tickets online, grab a snack if I want, and enjoy a movie. Zero complaints.

Heat theater, love the reclining seats, the sound and the IMax takes it all to another level. The Tuesday specials are a great way to enjoy the big screen on a budget.
The movie. The depressed, tired looks on the employees, the food dropped everywhere, and having to try three sinks before getting any water? Not so much. Lastly, the $4 charge just to secure tickets on the app is exorbitant.
It’s was one of the easiest interactions I’ve had with a company in a while. I provided the required information and they responded almost immediately and they were able to get missed points added to my account within 4-5business days!

Everything! From the easy entrance and exit to your location, the spacious parking lot. Just a serene experience walking toward the theater. The staff is welcoming, the building is lovely, beautifully designed. All that and I haven't even started on the great selection of films. It really is my happy place.

The cheese pizza is pretty good, and the employees are nice and friendly. The movie theater is nice and comfortable, although the sound volume is usually too loud.
