the staff at the santikos grand 18 in Winston Salem are awesome.they go above and beyond to make your visit a fun time.the staff greet you and make you feel welcome. the santikos reward program lets you earn points for food and snacks,that's awesome.i would like to mention all of their names as many I consider friends as I've gotten to know them from my visits over the years but I don't want to leave anyone's name out.if the staff gets this message they will know that I like them all and will continue to frequent this cinema in my brothers honor.also they have many upgrades at this cinema. It was easy getting our tickets, food and watching the movie was nice as well. It was quiet during the movie.
The only negative was that my chair and the chair next to me didn't recline. Those were broken.

Fast lines, great theaters, although would like to see some updating chairs in the future. Love the e-gift card, the points this is my favorite place to watch movies and will continue driving 30min-45min to the theater absolutely amazing. Would like to see more popcorn flavoring availability as well. Overall I know many people do not go to the movies much anymore but it is awesome to be there when we are. Me and my family has done a multi movie day just watch two three movies back to back in the theater that was fun!

Pretty chill and laid back. Sometimes the forget to cut the movie on gotta watch that mane. Overall I enjoy this place. I bring women, friends , and sometimes my dad here 10/10
