Best theatre around!!
I’ve lived in and around Winston-Salem my whole life, and The Grand 18 has always been our theater of choice whenever we want a true cinema experience. It offers comfortable seating, great concessions, and a better atmosphere than any other theater in the city.
We recently attended a showing and unfortunately found the screen to be too dim. The manager gladly refunded us, as expected, but what really impressed me was how the team followed up afterward. The Theatre Director, Trey, was kind, professional, and proactive in ensuring the necessary repairs were made. He also went out of his way to inform me about improvements that had been made to other auditoriums, which I was previously unaware of.
It's clear that they take presentation quality seriously and genuinely value feedback from their patrons. The Grand stands out as a theater for people who truly care about the moviegoing experience.

They have upgraded! I haven't been here in years! I was going farther to go to the competition. The speakers are now better, and the seats arent falling apart anymore!

It is a great place
I went to go see The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act with my friends and we dressed up as the characters and put a lot of thought into our costumes, and we were so worried we’d walk in and not be allowed to wear them or something, but instead, we were met with a ticket checker that was dressed as the main character! And boy was his costume great! We were met with giggles from the audience, and a couple people even wanted to take a selfie with us! Overall great night, I love this theater! :)

The staff are so nice. The movie quality was excellent and the prices are reasonable.
We always have a great experience at Santikos' theater. This last visit, buying the tickets was very simple and getting popcorn and pop was just as easy. The line started to back up a bit and the general manager stepped in and started taking care of customers. He waited on us and did a great job :) The bathrooms are always clean and fresh smelling (it makes a difference) and the theater was clean as always. Sound and picture quality was great.

Getting your tickets online during the day was cheap, fast, and easy.... I got the perfect seat I wanted right in the middle and the movie was great.
