I love the Santikos experience! I'm actually not even a big moviegoer, but I've had such a good time coming to The Grand Theatre that I now regularly keep an eye out for new movies. I especially love the IMAX theatre and I came back to see The Odyssey a grand total of five times in IMAX because it was so amazing. Thank you for bringing it back to IMAX!!!! Discount Tuesdays are awesome too and I love being able to go all out on treats because it's so affordable. I appreciate how the theatre is always clean and the employees are friendly and courteous. Santikos is the best!!!!

Online.. it is so easy to get tickets and know where you are goimg to sit. Friendly workers at the entrance. Helpful with directing which theater for your movie. Helpful concession staff with wide selection of food, snacks, and drinks. Comfortable seats that recline. Clean enviornment..

I always enjoy visiting The Grand in Winston Salem because the screens are clean and large. There are times where you will screen art house movies that I prefer to see on your screen than sadly, my local art house theater. I take my younger nieces at times for Flashback cinema. The $5.99 Tuesday and the $5 final cut is such a great deal to see some movies when times are tough. How many times can I see "The Odyssey" for that price?! The lower the ticket price, the more often I have gone. The matinee prices are reasonable as well.
Excellent experience except a guest who was very rude to my Veteran husband and his service dog. Terribly uncalled for and immature especially in front of his 10 year old (looking) son. The sound in the IMAX theater was a little tinny but otherwise great experience. Thank you

Comfortability of the theater chairs. The IMAX experience. The $5 Final Cut movie with the concessions voucher. You're able to pour your own butter. The inside of the movies and theaters are clean. Workers are friendly.
