The theater was not crowded and it was a nice experience. I don’t get any food or drinks usually because the prices are way too high. 8.00 for an ice is crazy. The place is not as clean as it used to be but maybe that will change.

I love the Grand in D'Iberville. Definitely going to need some new seats in the theater soon as they are becoming less and less attractive. Comfort is fine but in disrepair visually.

Staff is pleasant and informative. I love Flashback Cinema.

Sound and picture quality very good. Ads could have had less volume!

Both the lady we Spoke with about our tickets and the young man who got us our snacks, very polite and helpful. That kind of set the stage. The seats are comfortable, the temperature wasn’t too cold. We enjoyed Daniel the musical

We LOVE The Grand and we love it even more since Santikos took over. Everyone is friendly, the rewards program is so nice. We have been 3 times since joining and already earned enough for a large drink on our most previous visit. We actually bought tickets for 8/31 by accident and arrived on 8/30 to see Twisters. The staff were kind enough to switch our tickets for us so that we did not have to make the drive from Alabama the next day. I’m a teacher and the best thing to do on a weekend after being on my feet all week is to kick back in a recliner seat and relax with my family.

It was quiet and peaceful. Pop corn didn’t taste fresh though.

Employees are friendly, always a good movie going experience.

The theater itself is very nice, the GPX screen is my favorite though. Best movie viewing experience in our local area! Moved away from this theater and missed it daily! Very glad to be back!

Friendly employees! Amount of showtime choices for new movies was great! And love that the popcorn is now put in cardboard containers instead of bags

Convenient, and the associates working there are absolutely the best!

What I do not enjoy about the Santikos experience is that even though I have selected The Grand D’Iberville as my home theater, it still lists all movies out on that day, and I can’t tell that the one I want to see is not showing here until I click on the showtimes and get the message that there are no showtimes. Also, some of the seats are becoming quite worn, even in the GPX

I like the new snack options and rewards. I also like the throwback cinema movies. The one thing I am sad about it that 5.00 Tuesdays are gone. I think military should have 5.00 all the time personally but I’m glad they get a discount deal still.
