It was clean, pop corn and drink were pricy. I didn’t like the fact very young kids were sitting behind me at least 3 or 4. Running and screaming. At some point there needs to be an age limit during certain times.

The theater was nice , close to the concession stand and the restroom. The food was good and I appreciated the popcorn deal. The theater wasn’t cold and the music was not overly loud so it was a good experience for a fun afternoon with my family.

I requested a refund on my daughter's ticket because she was ill and couldn't come with us. The employee who helped me was very polite and efficient.
Quick entry, comfortable seats, decent hotdog and Icee. I think the sound should be better for theater viewing. If the sound system could be improved, I’d recommend it. Maybe add some bass. I don’t want to feel like I’m at home but feel like I’m part of the movie watching the big screen!
Check in was easy. Getting the snacks were quick. Employees were friendly. Only one drawback; there were no trays attached to the seats to set snacks on.
The staff is always very friendly & helpful from the person at the door to the concession/ticket persons at the counter. I so love that discount Tuesdays are back.

Santikos offers great specials and a great movie goer experience. The big screen, excellent sound, and the popcorn is delicious.
