I visited there on August 5 at 2 PM to see the new. I know what you did last summer. I was accompanied by two of my friends when I went to the concessions I asked the girl if there was any Moscato available for my friend she said I don’t know what that means ““ I said I can see the wines. I just can’t read them from here. I just wondered if you had a Moscato she said well I’m only 20. I do not know what that means and said it in a very demeaning, very rude tone. I said well the names of the wines are on the bottle. If you could just read them and see if one of them is possibly a Moscato. she said “I can’t do that. I’m only 20. I don’t know what that means.” She was so rude to me that I’ve been thinking about it for the past ten days. I cannot believe that you would employ somebody like that. Honestly, at this point, I’d be surprised if she does still have a job there. Then a nice, very sweet lady took over when she heard the way that she (the 20year old) was talking to me, and she was the most accommodating and nicest lady ever. the man who took our tickets at the door was very sweet as well, and I saw him assisting an older gentleman later on throughout my show that could not find his theater. What a very sweet man. the man who took our tickets, and the lady who took over are the kind of people you should employ. Now the lady who felt it was her only job to tell me that she was 20 and that she couldn’t read what was on the bottle… You should not employ people like that. She was so rude to me that I’ve been thinking about it every single day since then. I would appreciate a response as well. Thank you so much. Everything was great. Except the family of 6 (all I'd say 17 and up) the 2 sitting closest tpo us kept playing on there cell phones, talking to each other and running in and out throughout the entire movie.

Theatre is clean and adequately staffed, close to my home.

Getting tickets online was easy, love picking seats ahead of time. Good variety of snacks

GPX theatre was a fun experience coupled by a great pizza and margarita from the bar! Definitely like the Grand compared to surrounding theatres.

The sound, food and seats were nice. The person at the concession was not friendly and a bit rude. He took the water bottle out but placed it by him on the counter. Once I told him I didn’t need a receipt, he didn’t say anything (have a good one, enjoy the movie,etc). He just stood there. I had to reach over the register to grab the water while he watched. There wasn’t anyone in line behind us so it’s not as if he forgot due to being busy

We have always loved the movies. This theatre has been our go to place. The only thing that surprised me was the concession did not take cash.

Popcorn is the main thing, I could watch a blank movie screen if I got it. The movie seats are comfy after the upgrade and customer service, even if it is late at night, is fantastic, and the theatre the event takes place never changes so you know what to expect.

The seats were in better shape than the last time we went. The facilities were clean.

Buying the tickets was quick and simple. I like being able to choose my seat and that the seats recline. The staff was really nice and helpful to me.
