It's generally clean, the cashiers are friendly, though the wait time is often long in line if you order anything other than popcorn or nachos. I go almost weekly and my wait is often 15 minutes or more. But overall its not a bad experience, just bring a blanket and come pretty early.

Ease of ordering tickets and food all at once. It's always clean and presentable inside. The ads before a movie is annoying but I understand because of the whole Hollywood climate why it needs to be done now.

The process is easy - buy the ticket online, buy snacks, and go in to enjoy the movie. There is no need to wait in line anymore for ticket purchases.

Everything. I like the rewards program. I love the quick and very efficient service offered by the staff. Every time I’m treated with respect and all the staff is very friendly. Never had any complaints about the service or the product.
