Kind of sad y’all are getting rid of the box office and now customers have to purchase their own tickets via a machine.

Ordering tickets was very easy. The theater was clean and the recline seats were great! The only negative thing for me was in drink selections at the concession stand. As a diabetic, I drink Unsweetened Iced Tea - they only carry Sweetened Iced tea. Other than that, everything was great!

Only issues was that my ticket said "Auditorium 4" and the movie was actually in "Auditorium 5" however, both of those theaters had their opposite movie title posters outside so it caused confusion on where we needed to be. Second - no one was there to dim the lights when the film started and we had to go find a worker.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Recently went to the Slidell Grand 16 & was very pleased with the cleanliness & comfort of the theater. I was also very impressed with the staff. When the movie started we had sound but no picture. All of the staff spent a good 30 minutes working to resolve the issue so that we could enjoy the show. They were both professional & courteous & obviously determined to make our experience a good one. Hats off to all of them!

I love the theatre. It is very clean and the employees are great. The prices are a bit outrageous. Otherwise, I would have given it a 10.
