I enjoy the movie theater. We go every week almost. We do remember to take a jacket because it's always freezing in there. The bathrooms could use a little more attention throughout the day.

Seats were comfortable. Theater was very clean.

I enjoy this theatre. I appreciate "Military Mondays". I can see a movie a week and can "take a chance" on movies that I am on the fence about and am not out an hours pay. Staff is fantastic, theatre is clean, seats are comfortable.

I love this theater! We went for the first time on Sunday and then returned Monday for the mystery movie. We live over 40 miles away and are much closer to other theaters, but we love your theater! It’s our new go to!

Everything was great including purchasing tickets online, applying my rewards to snacks, cleanliness, etc. My only criticism, and it's a small one, is that I had to dig around in my Santikos mobile app for my rewards bar code/number. Thankfully I could just use my phone number, but it might help to make the reward number more front and center in the app.

I like the cleaning of the place

We like the Monday discounts for first responders and military. If we don’t make Monday we go on Tuesday for $6 day. The employees are friendly!!

I enjoy going to the grand the theater seats are very comfitable and just found out by accident the seats have a heating element to it. I felt a little cheated. I usually get a medium popcorn with a medium drink but the change the bag to a much smaller bag and charge the same price for a regular medium bag. That's not right!!
