The people that work there are always polite and patient. The theaters are usually clean. Some of them could use some refurbishment. I prefer to purchase my own tickets. Overall, the theater feels safe.

My only complaint is how run down this location is. Nothing is updated and it just looks old and dingy

Young man was professional, greeted us at door, walked us over to tickets, Helped us immensely. Girl at concessions was great also. Great Super Tuesday.

Staff was helpful & professional. I went with a large group. We just had to wait for them to turn the lights on after the end of the movie so the older ones would not fall. Everyone was really nice and friendly. They helped us with purchasing our tickets to getting our snacks. Please let them know that we appreciated them.

I was very excited to see that my local Grand Theater was getting the independent film Iron Lung! Ordering my tickets online was very easy, I was able to do it from my phone. I'm so glad that I was able to support this particular project without having to travel or jump through hoops to get tickets. I hope my theater continues to support smaller producers and independent film makers!

Alexandria's theatre seemed cleaner than usual and I like how ticketing and entrance was streamlined. The bathrooms were also cleaner than usual.
