I was extremely disappointed and humiliated. I brought a large purse with my comfort items and my life dependant supplies in it. It wasn’t even the largest bag. It was a purse. It had a jacket for if i got cold, my EpiPen and nitro incase of another heart attack, my inhaler in case of an asthma attack, my wallet in case i wish to purchase something and also contained my health card listing medical critical information. I was made to feel like a criminal and embarrassed by having my bag scrutinized and searched. Then after they searched and i entered the actual theater 9 to see my particular movie another employee came and said i would have to go back and leave my purse in the car because they no longer allowed large bags in the theater. So i had to hike all the way out to the car in 100 degree weather after already doing it once and with my weakness to put my purse in the car. Then had to put those items in my pockets and hands and hike all the way back in. By then im dripping in sweat. Clothes clinging. Pockets full and painful when sitting. We could also hear the movie playing Nextdoor, making it very distracting and lower quality sound of our movie. Very annoying. The volume was a so loud especially with two movies sound in our ears, so we had to plug our ears with our fingers because it was unbearable and put up with 45 whole minutes of commercials and a few more of movie trailers ……..it was a bit ridiculous. You are already getting 10.00$ a person to get in, 16.00$ for 2 med drinks, etc…. And you have to show that many ads?
Anyway. My friend and I have no desire to return to this theater ever after all we went through.

The friendliness of the workers. The food is great.

I liked the Final Cut program, as it allowed my family to watch a movie at a good price.

My local theater is (from my experience) very clean, I go often and rarely have a bad experience with things being dirty or messy. The screen projection is always very good. Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful, no one comes across annoyed. Concession is usually good, sometimes popcorn tastes a bit dry but it isn’t THAT common, only real issue is that there are many times our theater does not receive smaller films and foreign things, it’s the only theater in Alexandria so there’s no way to watch those in a theater.

The young man who helped with tickets was exceptional! Knowledgeable and very polite. We enjoy the Tuesday rates when we are able to come. All the workers are always very polite. My only issue is the app. It needs an upgrade.

Get atmosphere and people, love the cinema, snack are a little pricey!

Purchasing tickets online was easy and really streamlined the process once we arrived at the theater. Staff members were polite and helpful. Theater was clean and orderly. Very pleasant experience! Already planning our next visit!

wonderful as usual, we watched Project Hail Mary, which was an amazing family friendly movie and we appreciated the Final Cut pricing at 5 dollars a piece. The popcorn and Soft drink was half off as well. overall super satisfied

Great seats great sound fun for my entire family

I have always had a great experience catching a movie at this theater. I purchase my tickets online, the staff are always polite, and I walk out every time being glad I came.
