Cleanliness and staff is great

I love the new reserve a seat feature of y’all’s ticketing system. It came in handy this last time I visited. I ordered ahead and got the best seats in the house (in my opinion). I also hate having people behind me so it worked for that as well. The staff is friendly. Facility looks clean. The bathrooms could use some freshening up. Some of the stall doors don’t have locks or won’t close and a few of the hand dryers look like they aren’t cleaned on a regular basis. The seats are comfortable, but I feel like an upgrade is due. I’m pretty sure they’re the same seats the theater has had for however many years it has been open. The seats with the foldable arm rests are so convenient for bulkier people and give people the option for more space. I would look into those if possible. It might look like a lot of bad feedback because I typed so much, but I really appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the staff as a whole. Just wanted to make a few suggestions to make the experience 100%.

Clean place to go watch a movie! It would be nice to have the luxury recliners in Alexandria like Slidel and Lafayette Louisiana.

I like that it's easy to have good seats and quick access to the movie I want to see.

Clean, decent theater. Sound is good, bathrooms taken care of most of tge time.
One thing though/- theater is udually way too cold to sit for 2 hours.
Most of the time we ask to have it adjusted to less frigid! Acweek ago we asked and got some blow back from the male staff.

It’s great. I love what the Santikos Group has done with the grand theater. I try to go to the movies every week, now. They have made it fun to go to the cinema again. I can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us.

I love the movie experience! It's an escape from the heat, hassle and stress of the outside world. I hope and pray that the movie theatres hang around and don't close down like everything else.

Great experience

We were quick to get in, get our popcorn and drinks and sit down. Everything was clean. The only complaint I have is when we went to sit down, a large group of people were sitting in our seats, so it was pointless to have to select seats when purchasing tickets.

Monday discounts for military is a great value as well as the rewards system.

Very friendly employees and always clean and just love coming to this theatre
