What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I was very excited to see that my local Grand Theater was getting the independent film Iron Lung! Ordering my tickets online was very easy, I was able to do it from my phone. I'm so glad that I was able to support this particular project without having to travel or jump through hoops to get tickets. I hope my theater continues to support smaller producers and independent film makers!

Alexandria's theatre seemed cleaner than usual and I like how ticketing and entrance was streamlined. The bathrooms were also cleaner than usual.

Friendly, professional staff! My kid wanted a Freddy Fazbear cup and they were (seemingly) out of stock! The staff member took one extra minute to look and found one for us. My kid was so happy.

Booking online was easy to understand. Customer service was awesome! I love the fact that the lines wasn't long! Popcorn and drinks where fresh! OMG! The theater and bathrooms was spotless! Thanks to the night staff my children and I enjoyed our time!!

Theater was very nice. Only downside to it is that, at least in the theater I was in, the armrests didnt go up.
