My delivery person was Kimo. He is, without a doubt, the nicest, most professional person I have had to deliver my propane. He was so conscientious about respecting my landscaping. He read the notes in my file that indicate I do not want trucks to back down my driveway because some have caused significant damage in the past. He called in advance, as requested, to give time to move my vehicles to ensure there would be no difficulty maneuvering his truck. He did everything right! As the person on the front line representing the company, he is critical to the impressions customers have. He should be recognized and appreciated for playing his role so effectively. I thank him for his valuable service.

We have always had great service from Quarles Fuels and have always had a quick response by the company when needing to refuel our tank each year. This year was especially hard on the fuel companies due to the harsh winter weather conditions here in Virginia. We just recently had our tank refilled and are very satisfied with Quarles Fuels and their staff.
The services was excellent the employees were very helpful when I contacted them. I was out of propane due to the cold weather this winter. I was not aware that I had run out. This was the first time that I have had this problem and did not know what had caused the no hot water and no heat. Called and was told that a fuel truck was sent to fill my tank in a short time. Another employee was sent to check to make sure that my service was functioning safely. I also was called to see that my service was back online and that I had heat and hot water.
The services that I received was excellent and the team of employees was great and served me well with my problem. 🙂

I needed a propane delivery when propane deliveries were limited due to supply chain interruptions. I called to schedule a delivery and was impressed that they came the next day! The driver was courteous and friendly as always and the delivery was completed in about 15 minutes. This is the same way it's always been with Quarles/Superior Plus Propane.
When I call everyone is professional and polite they put in the work order and are here when they say they will.
I have no problem with Quarles services or product. They are understanding when payments made.
