You need more staff answering the phones. I waited over an hour to be helped. That is unacceptable!!!
Kemo your driver was great calling dispatch to have my tank topped off possibly saving you 100’s. As my house wasn’t on the drop list and I live on the same block being serviced.
I had to cancel the 1st scheduled delivery bc we had snow and 4inches of ice in the yard and around to our tank. I held for 43minutes. The 2nd time I called at 8.30am and was in my 28th minute of a hold when the delivery arrived. Our yard to the tank was still snow and ice covered. He insisted that since he was here, he would clear enough of a path to get to our tank. That he did! I feel like he went above and beyond to complete our delivery.

The office staff was very helpful in helping me set up my portal. Also, she got me scheduled for a delivery right away. They texted me when they were coming. Even though there was a delay in delivery, they were able to fill my tank the next day. The driver actually called to let me know he was on the way. It was right before the most recent snow/ice storm. It really meant a lot that they delivered the gas before the storm hit. I was am very happy with the customer service from the office staff to the delivery man. Thank you, Toney Fitzgerald
I placed my order online and received it in less than five days, even though the estimated delivery time was ten days. The delivery was smooth and issue-free.
The tech was wonderful and even though there was tons of ice and it was difficult he made it work?
My problem was taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate that a lot.
After a very long time on the phone with a nice associate, I felt hopeful that he would indeed follow up and fulfill my request the next day as promised. However, that never happened. To be fair, I have no idea what else was going on at his end during the same time. I did, however, give him a whole extra day to follow up.
Two days later I called again and got a different associate who was also very kind and polite. The difference was this associate took care of everything I needed in a very timely, friendly, and professional manner. I had several requests that needed attention and he was able to fulfill them all. In fact, I was also shocked at the speed of which my fuel was delivered which was an added bonus!
I am grateful for this survey so that I have an opportunity to thank Luis Santiago for his assistance that day I called. I am hopeful that whoever Luis reports to will see this and commend him for his customer service.

My technician was wonderful. My tank lid was frozen shut. He didn’t leave until it was opened and filled (unlike the subcontracted propane team that had come by a few days earlier (Virginia propane I think). His name was Quan and he was in a Quarles truck. I also received great service from the customer rep i talked with a few days before.
I do not have to worry about your service. You monitor my usage and refill when necessary without bothering me. Your prices are comparable to those of other suppliers.
Propane delivered as needed. Electronically billed.
You all came while I was out of propane and filled it up. I was grateful you were able to come on short notice !
Prompt delivery and responsive phone person. I called to make sure my on line order went through and the rep was friendly and helpful. Keep this up! Too many businesses have call centers with long wait times and too many options and reps who are not knowledgeable or communicate well or give a run around. And my delivery was fast and texts helped! Keep up!
