I needed a propane delivery when propane deliveries were limited due to supply chain interruptions. I called to schedule a delivery and was impressed that they came the next day! The driver was courteous and friendly as always and the delivery was completed in about 15 minutes. This is the same way it's always been with Quarles/Superior Plus Propane.
When I call everyone is professional and polite they put in the work order and are here when they say they will.
I have no problem with Quarles services or product. They are understanding when payments made.

We like how the emergency fuel was delivered - fast and friendly technician. We do have a question as to when the tank was filled as normally there was a receipt placed on the door.

Prompt delivery and responsive phone person. I called to make sure my on line order went through and the rep was friendly and helpful. Keep this up! Too many businesses have call centers with long wait times and too many options and reps who are not knowledgeable or communicate well or give a run around. And my delivery was fast and texts helped! People in office are friendly and efficient. The man who came to deliver the propane was very nice and respectable of my dog being here and keeping the gate closed. He was also careful walking and pulled the hose through my yard.
