I like the ability to schedule delivery online. I usually get a note left on the door that the delivery has been made- however, not this time. I only knew the delivery had been made by checking the propane gauge.

I appreciate the fact that when I had to call them regarding a very low amount of propane in my tank the woman I spoke to was very pleasant. I asked her if they could deliver propane that very day because I have asthma. I was put on hold for less than a minute and she said they certainly would deliver that day. They cheerfully did! I have heard from neighbors that another propane company is hard to reach and not as responsive.
I called for service - they were able to come out in a very timely manner. Will continue to use Virginia Propane for my fireplace.
