I'm an older adult and enjoy the camaraderie. The classes are interesting and integrate fun and fitness. The staff is generally welcoming. It's also close to my house and allows regular attendance.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Options for work out classes are sufficient and classes appear to be well attended. I personally would have rather kept the YMCA as a workout, training and exercise facility and not have Boulder turn it into a pre school and infant care facility.
They participate in the OnePass and Silver Sneakers program.

I absolutely love the warm water pool and all of the water fitness classes that you offer. They keep me going on good days and bad! I wish your personal trainers would train for the full 30 minutes rather than 25 minutes since they are paid for 30 minutes. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but over time, it adds up.

Clean, convenience and hours are perfect except Sundays. If you can open Sundays around 7.00 am like Saturdays that would be perfect. But thanks. Verity of machines are great.
I use the two rooms weight and cardio rooms. I like the diversity of equipment and that there is typically enough equipment so there isn't a long wait for the next machine I want to use. Staff and other members are friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms are clean and the equipment is in good condition. I haven't taken any courses but I like the drop-in arrangement should I want to use it.
I like the community vibe.
The coach knows what is developmentally appropriate for 2-4 yr old and works hard to make soccer fun and low pressure for this age group.
It is a good space to work out and my friends are there.
