Friendly. Comfortable. Welcoming staff who know your name.
Its a great place to work out, visit with other people and enjoy the environment.
It's huge! It has all the things and classes anyone could want, including summer camp and day care for the kids. I see every age represented in the weight room, ping pong balls from the work out room, and steaming people coming from the warm water pool or the sauna. I don't need a boutique gym, and no one needs to pay for one.
The pickleball clinic with Dianne Smith is fantastic. She's a great instructor and it's so reasonably priced.
The facilities are also well maintained.
Love the trainers, love the community feel

Amy’s classes!
Close to my home and usually no waiting for equipment. Desk staff are friendly .
I like its size. It feels intimate relative to the chain, impersonal, corporate gyms.
I’m a regular customer and have been enjoying it for over 18 years. I only have one issue that was never addressed. I have been paying my daughter’s membership. Almost two years ago we were offered two months free if we signed up in the fall. Since I paid an annual fee I assumed the membership I paid last year would start at the new year. Well that did not happen , her membership started in November. In a sense there was no discount. I wrote the membership person and never received a reply. So fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Don’t expect me to fall for that again.
Group fitness classes (amy, jeanine, bob, heather).
Everything
I like the instructor and the people in the class I go to every week.
Warm and friendly atmosphere. Wesley’s Aquafit class.
You have more class schedules than the Rec centers.
I can walk to your boulder location.
Its great to have a really warm pool for aqua sports!
Locker rooms are well cared for.
Many things but highest on our list are the friendliness of the staff and the balance classes.
Although I personally visit the Y to play ping pong on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and (in inclement weather) to walk on the track, it warms my heart to see and hear all the little kids buzzing around. That you provide so many resources at low or no cost to a population otherwise priced-out of Boulder is heroic.
Lafayette facility awesome; great pool and exercise room.
It's a pleasant facility. I like and use the weight room. During the winter or inclement weather, I sign up for spinning classes.
Great access, skilled and sensitive staff.
Friendly staff, good exercise classes, mostly good instructors, well-maintained equipment
everything is good.
Warm water exercise pool and classes, family-centered, health oriented feeling, friendliness
It is a very friendly place and my friends work out at the Y.
The workout areas and equipment are exceptional.
Wide range of exercise facilities, equipment and classes. Friendly and capable staff. Clean facilities. Commitment to welcoming diversity among its clients and staff. A wonderful community resource. Thanks, Anne
Friendly staff, easy to navigate weight room, good dance classes, great pickleball community and opportunities to learn pickleball skills. In addition to have found a wonderful personal trainer.
Low pressure environment that is rarely super busy.
So many class options. At all times of day. And excellent too

I like the supportive staff, especially Dan and Fred, who lead the pedaling for Parkinson class!
