Strength coaching/training with Bob. Has spent time to learn about and tailor to my strength needs. Brings great experience and perspective from his hockey and skating. Thanks, Bob
The facility has everything I need for my workouts. It's clean, well managed. I see a number of my friends there.
I love water fitness classes with Roxanne and Joann.
The warm pool is a Godsend to our old bodies, plus the variety and quality of classes and instructors that are available at the Y cannot be beat. I find the free weights, machines, and walking track to be quite adequate for my needs as well.
a good variety of exercise equipment and helpful staff
Friendly atmosphere, skillful staff.
The people who belong and the current staff keeps getting better and better
Great teachers and a nice facility.
Good atmosphere. Equipment I want.
People are great, facilities are clean and well maintained. It's an all-inclusive atmosphere. Great classes, great teachers.
I go to the Lafayette not Boulder! I give Lafayette a 10 because of the equipment and the instructors as well as the friendliness of the patrons. I would give Boulder a much lower score because I find the patrons snobby and elitist. It seems that if I am "in someone's spot" ie. in body pump class, I will get dirty looks, etc. In Lafayette, people are so nice and welcoming!
Excellent fitness center and exercise equipment.
Its a local and well resourced facility that is clean and inviting.
Nice staff, clean facilities, variety of instructor styles, close to home.
Friendly staff. Indoor pickleball. Body pump. Convenient o where I live.
Son muy buenas personas y muy amables yo los recomiendo al 10 por siento
Staff and body pump
I like the Y overall but there has to be a deep review of all employees because there needs to be an increase in the customer service level and moreover a review of the personal trainers. Some of them of really irritated some of your best and most loyal customers.
The facility is top notch and the community is welcoming and warm.
It has a fairly complete suite of services.
It uses Silver Sneakers.
It has fairly long hours of operation.
It is big on community support.
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere with great teachers.
It’s generally a place where you feel accepted and respected. However, last week I was riding one of the training spin bikes and was approached by a man who bullied and harassed me. He said that he was one of personal trainers and told me to”get off the bike” because he needed it for a class. I only had 6 mins left for my training session. I told him No and to talk to the front desk and he stated that they would still tell me to “get off the bike”. I told him No again, and not to talk to me that way, and that it was his problem if they over registered for the class and hadn’t arranged for enough bikes for it. I’ve just had cancer surgery for the second time. Earlier someone was reading on the same bike so I tried a recumbent bike that caused pain in my torso. The other bikes were out of order or being used, he told me to use a recumbent bike instead, and I again I said NO. He also said that people in his class had “paid good money for the class and needed the bike”. He obviously was lying because group classes at the Y are free for members. After I finished, I reported him and the incident to the Y director who apologized. This harassment is unacceptable.
Staff facilities
It allows the free membership via my Medicare plan, so I can maintain my tai chi practice.
Facility and quality of equipment.
Location, number of classes and generally not crowded.
I support the YMCA because this organization serves the general public and does keep the facility affordable for the 'common man'.
In addition, I appreciate the maintenance of the facility and the great up-dates of the newest exercise equipment.
Convenient location and ease in signing up for classes.
Friendly staff, great instructors, convenient location.

friendly staff, accessible, affordable
