My husband and I work out together at the Y at least 5 times a week. We primarily do weights and cardio but I have enjoyed a few classes. It is always clean and has a family friendly environment. We've been members for almost 30 years and in 3 different states. We also use the Y when on vacation in different locations. We've always found the staff polite and helpful. We enjoy this environment and the variety of ewuipment.
I most often go to the Lafayette Y, is it as closer to my house, but I always consider it a treat to use the weight room at the Boulder Y. I also really enjoy the spin instructors at the Boulder Y.
Another perk is that the Boulder YMCA is directly off of the bike path.

Equipment is in great shape and they have a wide variety. While I haven’t taken a class yet, They have a ton of them. Locker room is dated, but Sauna and showers are clean and work well.
