The guy who cane to service our gas logs was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He also taught us some methods to keep dust off and the configuration of the logs. We will definitely recommend services in the future and will call again if needed.

Delivery always timely.
However new web account access very user unfriendly. Have tried multiple times to establish but continue to receive error messages. Won’t let me establish new account as email already active and then when I reset password and attempt to sign in tells me email not active. Ended up having to mail check in usps and I do not like sending checks in mail.
