I’m on the automatic refill. The man who delivered is polite and always calls before he comes. I thank this is a welcome thing to do for the customers.

Customer service is awesome.

Driver came, and immediately went to work filling the tank without interruption, finished his task, printed the ticket, and placed at the side door letting us elderly folks that he had arrived and done his job very professionally and completely, alleviating one of our fears this winter. A big shout out to him!

The lock in on the price for a heating oil that is why I use you instead of our local heating oil and propane company.
I also like the fastest propane tank is owned by your company instead of myself.

The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. I was very nervous about running out of fuel. Quarrels’ company was able to fill my tank up to avoid this. In the future, I will call before it is at 1/4 to avoid my nervousness. I can not thank Quarrels’ company for solving my concern.

I was very concerned about another "Sell Out", I think this made 3 or 4 since Dixie...most had not gone smoothly, for me at least! I was always very close with Dixie.

Actually, I have been a Dixie/Superior customer since about 2004, 20 YEARS. We have a larger home with numerous propane Appliances. Thus, I like to keep a close relationship, since propane is very critical to our needs.

I had several issues historically, but I am happy to say were improved greatly by Delvin Lott. He's been wonderful to work with on issues such as delivery, scheduling, pricing and working around a freshly paved driveway! "Kudos" to your drivers as well!

Delvin worked with me in 2024 and we will continue into 2025!
