Dixie responded to our very low gas situation, and within 3 hrs, our tank had been safety checked and filled. What a relief!
You were responsive when our tank got low. However, please adjust our usage as your estimates are not correct. Also despite signing up for the portal, I still had to call to request the delivery. There were 70 callers ahead of me!
