The only thing we would change is invoicing. Instead of getting several per week, it would be less confusing to get one invoice every two weeks. I think our driver just comes by to empty his truck instead of when we actually need more propane.

To begin with, your fuel company was the only one who allowed me to purchase my own tank. Each time I called (in the past) and spoke with a very sweet young lady by the name of Stephanie, I felt as though she was truly there to help me with any and all questions I had, she was so kind and very, very helpful. Recently when I called I was disappointed to learn that she was no longer with your company. However, I spoke with Lynn and she was just as kind with helping me to go ahead and purchase my fuel with your summer price. I told Lynn when in the future I needed to call that I would look forward to speaking with her.
