Your delivery truck driver was terrific!

Customer service calls during the severe weather were overwhelmingly long wait times, but understandable.

I once had an "agent" that I sensed was an AI bot, but perhaps it was just a person with a nondescript accent and unusual personality.

Staff is courteous and helpful. Driver respectful of property and courteous as well.

I have always liked the prompt service and/or help when needed. As Superior took over I have seen and had family members complain of the company hard to reach or not answering phones. When I had the issue a local employee saw my issue and contacted me quickly and handled my request promptly.

Great service but hard to call and get through in a timely manner

Unfortunately, accounting changed my status to will call without my knowledge, ieven though i've been on auto delivery since my account ever existed.Which led to me running out of fuel during the most frigid and harsh times of the ever.

Was on the phone 3 hours to place order … a little disappointed and wondering if it takes this long to place order … how long is it going to take to get oil ……got it the next day …. what a surprise!!!

The staff are always willing to help with a problem one might have with the level payment plan or other inquiries about oil delivery.
