Great customer service teams. Made my move into my new house the best experience ever . From my leak detection and the fast response to fix that issue. The technician was well experienced and took his time with my concerns as well looking at all my gas appliances and making sure everything was working properly. The leak tech then found a leak and fixed it. He was great !!
Then my fear of not getting new service turned on in time for my move In date. The. My experience with customer service to get my new service walk through scheduled for the next day was just awesome. Then this technician was just unbelievable. He did his safety walk through with me explaining everything in detail.

The order to delivery process was very efficient. The associate who placed my heating oil request was very thorough, kind and polite, considering that I called 10 minutes before closing time. She also took the time to explain the budget plan and confirmed that I was eligible. The oil was delivered within 40 hours after I called, even though I was not in dire need. It always has been a pleasant experience to work with Quarles/Superior for the past 12 years. Never had an issue and always received deliveries before the promised times and receiving wonderful and courteous Customer Service support. Thank you so much!

Using the web site to schedule deliveries is easy. Getting the bill from the delivery truck man is helpful because I can pay it promptly through my Bill Pay from my bank. Drivers are always friendly when they make the delivery and careful about where they pull the hose to get to the tanks. I appreciate the promo deals you have in Fall to fill my tanks so I don't have to worry about bad weather and a snowy driveway to get my LP delivery in winter. The local Quarles LP telephone receptionist is always so nice and helpful.
